As part of our topic of ‘On the Move’ we always enjoy lovely trips to the historic market town of Knaresborough. We enjoy taking a bus and then a train, counting our 7 stops then climbing the steps to the castle at the top of the hill! The views of the viaduct are always impressive and inspire lots of curiosity and questions. To finish the day we have a lovely picnic and ice cream before heading back on the same journey.
