As Diwali fell just before half term this year we started our celebrations topic a little early! We loved dressing up in beautiful lehengas and kurta. In the art area we made clay diva lamps (manipulating that clay was tough for our little fingers!); we made patterns with both rangoli and with coloured shapes. We enjoyed reading the book ‘The Best Diwali Ever’ and even took part in some Bollywood dancing!
